RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@aegisimpact.com. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend contacting us before returning an international order to discuss the best shipping method.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. However, if you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5-7 business days.

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Restocking Fee

We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns that meet our return policy requirements.
